- If you cannot sign up or log in Send the email address you used, the exact error message, and the time it happened. Do not send passwords.
- If resume upload or Job Scan fails Send the page URL, error message, resume file type and size, target roles, target locations, and the time it happened. Do not email your resume unless support asks.
- If Auto-Apply or the extension fails Send the job URL, extension connection status, browser, and any visible failure reason. Never send API tokens or LinkedIn session data.
