By creating an account or using Applydrop, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Your responsibilities when creating and maintaining an Applydrop account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Applydrop. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@applydrop.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Each user may maintain one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent rate limits or other restrictions may result in account suspension.
How you may and may not use the Applydrop platform.
Applydrop is intended for individual job seekers to discover roles, tailor resumes, and manage job applications. You may use the auto-apply feature for legitimate job applications on your own behalf.
You may not use Applydrop to spam employers, submit fraudulent applications, scrape data for commercial resale, or interfere with the platform's operation or other users' access.
When Applydrop interacts with LinkedIn or other platforms on your behalf, you remain responsible for complying with those platforms' terms of service.
You retain ownership of all content you upload (resumes, profile data, preferences). By uploading content, you grant Applydrop a limited license to process it for the purpose of delivering our services.
The Applydrop platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Applydrop. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@applydrop.com. Upon closure, your data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in prohibited use, or pose a risk to the platform's integrity. We will provide notice when reasonably possible.
Applydrop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Applydrop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
